I cannot access a page on your website.
Please refresh your browser and reload the Crowd for Angels website. On certain occasions, Crowd for Angels will undertake necessary maintenance work to ensure the continued operation of the website. Furthermore, we utilise a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that from time to time will block suspicious IP Addresses. If you continue to have trouble, please contact [email protected].

My account has been hacked

The website will not allow me to invest when I have cleared funds
If you have cleared funds in your Crowd for Angels account and you are unable to invest in a desired pitch, ensure you have first checked that these funds are more than or equal to the 'Minimum investment'. In some case pitches will have a higher minimum than £25. If this is not the case please, contact our team and we will make a manual payment on your behalf. 
I have found a glitch, what do I do?

Why am I unable to return to the page I just left?
For security reasons, certain sections will not allow you to display the previous screen. This is also to ensure transactions are not duplicated. 
Is this network secure?
Crowd for Angels employs many layers of security, including delivery of content via a CDN, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure transmission of data is encrypted, salting data stored on our servers and employing regular third-party checks on our server.

We understand security is very important to our clients and investors and take it seriously, as a company.
